1. SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

Domestic & International Shipping Rates
Domestic (Vietnam): Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 1–5 business days.

International Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times (7–21 business days) vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.

Note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

2. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We want you to be thrilled with your new collectible. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The request must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.

The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original, unopened packaging (plastic seals must be intact for building blocks and blind boxes).

A valid unboxing video and proof of purchase (order number/email) are required for all claims.

Accepted Cases for Return/Exchange
Manufacturing Defects: Missing critical pieces, significant paint errors, or broken joints.

Shipping Damage: Major damage to the product caused during transit.

Incorrect Item: You received a different model, character, or size than what was ordered.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been opened, built, or partially assembled.

Items damaged due to improper assembly or handling by the user.

"Blind Box" items once the inner foil or seal is opened.

Sale or clearance items.

3. THE RETURN PROCESS
If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Attach Evidence: Include your unboxing video and clear photos of the defect or damage.

Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refund/Exchange: After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

4. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
If the error is ours (wrong item, defect, or shipping damage), pahm.store will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
